The cost of replacing a motor damaged during shipping is way too high for us not to take the steps needed to ensure any motor shipped from our warehouse is packaged proper to its weight and dimensions.
How is shipping calculated?
The quoted shipping price is entirely based on the package weight, dimensional weight, and the destination address. This price is calculated directly from UPS and Dreisilker does not add any additional handling or packaging fees.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally! For orders going to Canada and Mexico, you can check out on the site. For other countries, reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide a shipping quote for you.
Which shipping carriers are available?
Our warehouse fulfillment team prefers to use UPS, but many of our suppliers ship direct with FedEx. Both services pick up daily from our warehouse and if you prefer one over the other, just make a note on your order and we'll happily use your preferred service.
Do you have Will Call pick up?
Yes, you can order Will Call pick up for any of our Chicagoland or Atlanta area branches. You'll receive a confirmation when the product is ready to be picked up after you place the order.
What's the cut off for same day shipping?
For popular products, we typically require orders to be received before 2:00 PM Central time to guarantee same day shipment. Most other products ship within one business day. For expedited shipments, we can certainly work it through the system promptly to ensure it ships.
Do you ship on the weekends?
No, we process all orders that come in over the weekend first thing on Monday morning and the product will be shipped out that day.

How much time do I have to return a product?
Dreisilker offers a 30 day return window from the original purchase date.
What if I ordered the incorrect product or size for my application?
Motors and parts can be hard to size up and we understand. However, all returned items must be brand new, unused, unmodified and it must be returned in its original box. This means that any motor electrified will not be accepted. We inspect all returned items and any item returned in a condition other than brand new will be rejected.

Is there a restocking fee?
Most products will not incur a restocking fee. Only special order items which you work with a Motor Representative with may incur a restocking fee. They will inform you at the time of purchase.
