Customer Service. Since Shop Dreisilker is the e-commerce division of Dreisilker Electric Motors, providing customer service through digital channels is what we do -- and that’s not going to change. Our customer service agents are available by live chat, telephone, text message, and email to handle any questions that you may have.
Dreisilkers motor experts have decades and decades of electric motor experience and we’re here to help you with any question that you might have. We can help you with cross referencing your OEM motor, quoting and recommending replacements, providing order status and shipping information, processing orders -- including NET-30 purchase orders, and pretty much anything in between.

Inventory. Dreisilker will continue to stock 1,000’s of electric motors and electric motor accessories in stock at all of our branch locations. While some of our suppliers and manufacturers have made adjustments to their hours of operations, we’re confident that our inventory will remain within normal ranges.
Dreisilker stocks Fasco, Packard, Century, Marathon, and Genteq HVAC motors. We stock Marathon, TECO-Westinghouse, Leeson, Toshiba, and WEG industrial and general purpose motors. Optibelt v-belt and Lau fan blades and blower wheels. Yaskawa AC drives. Siemens controls and Aegis and CoolBlue bearing protection.

Local Will-Call Pick-Up. Our six branch locations will continue to operate normal business hours. We have 5 branches in the Chicagoland location and 1 branch in Atlanta. The health and safety of our employees and our customers is very important to us, therefore our branches will work with customers to provide for contract-free pick-ups if requested.
We recommend that all customers wait for confirmation that their e-commerce order is ready for pick-up prior to visiting the branch. Please reach out to our chat agents for product availability.
Shipping. Our UPS schedule remains the same. Dreisilker has routine UPS pick-up from all of our branch locations every business day (Monday - Friday) around 4:15 PM Central. We typically require orders to be received before 2:00 PM Central to guarantee it will ship the same day. For expedited shipments, we can certainly work it through the system promptly to ensure it ships.
